Tribe Quest

Oh yes QueenSIS, it’s jazz rap for the soundtrack to this #SoftSoulSiStarSunday. A Tribe Called Quest is giving everything they need to with Jazz (We’ve Got). I’m meditating on the way working together with others is like jazz (with some hip hop mixed in).

I recall reading Leadership Jazz in one of my graduate courses all those years ago; it talks about the intricate dance of working closely with others. I use the term ‘teamwork makes the dream work’, often, and I know some may think it just another cliché. But I am convinced we really can go after and realize our biggest dreams when we choose to team up with the right people. Praying for the creativity, compassion, and commitment to keep working together in harmony with the right people on this life’s journey! #tribequest
