Upgrade Woman

This is the last week in Herstory Month (already!) and I’m so grateful for the amplification of our sheros - like the incredible living legend Chaka Khan reminds us in A Woman Like Me, the world ain’t a thang without a woman.

I’m meditating this dayclean on how much time a woman like me spends in service to others, and especially in service to king-making (hello chessboard queen). And even though that service is valuable, essential work, I’m committed to asking and answering some questions about priority and balance. What can I do each day to enhance the balance of service to others and investment in myself? Is it time to upgrade me on the priority list? #womanup
