Show Me Love

I’m so glad for the meditation prompt for this dayclean. As a daughter, partner, mother, sister and educator (among other roles!) it is very easy to spend all of my time and energy in devotion to someone else.

But I’m taking a line out of one of my favorite disco tunes and reminding myself to show me love - hat tip to Robin S. I’m practicing consistent actions (and words) of love for myself, so I will be fortified and better able to show others love. #ShowMeLove
