Upcycle

I believe Mother Earth always has something to tell us QueenSiS. I’m listening to Tracy Chapman’s Rape of the World, thinking about the extreme opposite weather on the east and west coast (fire and ice, literally) and meditating on ways I can be even more mindful of our limited natural resources.

The prompt for this dayclean is about repurposing resources and reducing waste. I’m pretty good at practicing some of the old ways of reusing containers, restyling fabrics, even getting shoes and boots re-soled. I want to add to that purposeful reduction in consumption of new things. I really do have more than enough at this point. #repurpose
