Sun Salutation

The sun does not shine as much during the winter season, but oh how lovely it is when she makes an appearance in the frosty sky.

The soul sister India.Arie blessed us with Follow the Sun a few years ago and I’m meditating on those words of wisdom this dayclean. It’s giving more quiet questions for my 2025 vision. “Shooting star, what is your hurry? Are you burning or glowing? “ I want to be more intentional about taking my cue from the sun in this season - it does not worry or hurry or tarry; yet it accomplishes its divine purpose each day, and beautifully so. #sunsistar
