Enough of Too Much

It’s dayclean on a Good Friday and I’m happy to report I’m taking a good break from doing too much. I am in a constant battle with my over-achieving alter ego Najee - constantly reminding her that in order to live a long and abundant life on this earth, we probably need to stop giving too too much of ourselves.

Truth be told, giving too much will never be enough for all of the folks who want so much from us QueenSiS - somebody cue up the amazing Amel Larrieux and Grove Theory’s Never Enough for the score. And second, giving too much is not really a sustainable approach because it does not allow for real replenishment of the things we need to keep moving forward on our divine path. Cheers to knowing we are (and are doing) enough, and for knowing when enough is enough. #enoughtoomuch
