Living Freedom

I’m meditating on freedom this last dayclean of November QueenSiS. For Black women like me, in deep recovery from trying so hard to do so much, I do hope the month gave NO-vember vibes.

I can definitely give myself a pat on the back for saying no to too much so I can have more freedom to do what I’ve prioritized. No doubt I’ve come up hard to get to this point, like Angie Stone on Marvin Gaye’s Troubled Man hard…but I’m so grateful to recognize I have the freedom to make a softer path for myself, and for generations to come. #livingfreedom
