Fresh and Clear

Well the holydays were heavenly, but now it is back to work days QueenSiS! And at the risk of sounding cliche’, I’m heading back with a fresh and clear perspective for the new calender year.

I know it can often feel a bit discouraging to return to the office, the phones, the emails, and the Zoom meetings. But instead of feeling discouraged, this dayclean I’m meditating on how I can encourage myself at any point during my day. My partner Daryl is a big fan of The Commodores, and one of my favorite song of theirs is Zoom. I’m reminding myself that I have the power to keep my mind fresh and clear at work, even in those Zoom meetings! #freshandclear
