Be Present

We live in a society that monetizes just about anything, and Christmas is certainly no exception. But I don’t want to let that reality take away from the joy I get from giving and receiving different kinds of presents.

Focus by H.E.R is playing in the background this dayclean, and I’m meditating on ways being present can be a gift. I’m super guilty of always having something playing in the background of my mind - projects to complete, problems to solve, plants to sprout…the list is long - that is way I pray for focus, to be more fully present for the good people and the good things in my life each day. #presentagift
